abd8 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and abd8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the abd8 website at abd8.io, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and payment processing.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I agree", depositing funds, or placing any wager on the abd8 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the abd8 platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this document. In the event of a conflict between any promotional material and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on the abd8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions are permitted regardless of local customs or individual circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or director of abd8 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by abd8 or any other gambling operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

abd8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where a player cannot satisfy the age verification requirement, abd8 will suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and return any uncontested balance to the original deposit payment method.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the abd8 platform. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your NID, a valid date of birth, a working email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current throughout the lifetime of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abd8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. abd8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your abd8 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to add an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact abd8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

abd8 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. This may include requesting certified copies of identity documents, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Sonali Bank), and proof of the source of funds deposited into the account.

All financial transactions on the abd8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank Nexus Pay and City Bank CityTouch may be available subject to regional rollout.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your abd8 wallet in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. abd8 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which abd8 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Fully KYC-verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours. VIP-tier accounts receive priority withdrawal processing with a target settlement time of under five (5) minutes. Abd8 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume or for accounts undergoing enhanced due diligence.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• abd8 reserves the right to request proof of the payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number) before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements set out in Section 5.
• Abd8 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile money operator, or network provider.

abd8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by abd8 carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved in relation to those winnings.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement; live casino table games contribute 20%; sports bets with odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are voided, drawn, or cancelled do not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account.
• abd8 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors, or using arbitrage strategies — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the abd8 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games). These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the abd8 platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are final once confirmed. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. abd8 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded or where a material error in odds has occurred due to a technical fault. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official scorecards published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB).

Casino & Live Dealer Games: All casino games offered by abd8 use certified random number generators (RNG) independently verified for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studio facilities operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's server-side records. abd8 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity failures.

Maximum Payout: The maximum single-event payout per player is ৳5,000,000 unless a higher limit has been individually negotiated as part of a VIP arrangement confirmed in writing by abd8. Winnings exceeding this limit will be paid in instalments at abd8's discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the abd8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or support interactions; impersonating another person; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus terms, promotional offers, or odds discrepancies for guaranteed profit regardless of game outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the abd8 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. Abd8 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from abd8.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a deposit that was credited to and used within your abd8 account. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery action.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in the abd8 platform. Any winnings accrued as a result of a technical error will be voided.

abd8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at abd8.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to abd8's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process — including your full name, date of birth, NID number, email address, and mobile number — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and customer support. Abd8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Abd8 may share your data with third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the abd8 service, including game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and fraud detection services. All such providers are contractually required to maintain appropriate data security standards.

abd8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their betting activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players via their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abd8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the abd8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, even if abd8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Abd8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their abd8 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Abd8 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Abd8 reserves the right to suspend platform access for scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such downtime.

Either party may terminate the player's abd8 account at any time. Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting abd8 support via live chat or email. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending AML checks.

Abd8-initiated termination: Abd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against abd8 without reasonable cause.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months. Dormant accounts may incur an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after the inactivity threshold is reached, subject to the balance not falling below zero.
• Any other circumstance in which abd8 reasonably determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, its other players, or applicable legal obligations.

Abd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change materially affects players' rights or obligations, abd8 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change by posting an announcement on the abd8 website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the abd8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended term, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account under these circumstances will not attract any penalty, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
